Cycle optimisation
In the existing KraussMaffei project, machine concepts and process parameters were tested directly in series production. Tooling and process changes could be assessed together.
PCR material transition
Trials with CHG evaluate processability and material function. Suitable grades are introduced into series production for specific products.
Spray head development
Geometry and wall thickness are aligned with tooling and production, evaluating material use together with the required component function.

A solution for emergency fleets.
RKiSH and Reifendienst DiVito GmbH closely supported the development of our wheel nut retainer. Since its introduction and first use at RKiSH, we are not aware of any further incidents involving loosened wheel nuts in that deployment.
